The general terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between Anja & Marc Moeckli (hereinafter referred to as the landlord) and the service recipient (hereinafter referred to as the tenant).

§1 Registration
The booking of apartments in Les Giscons can be made in writing, by telephone, mobile or electronically by email. The confirmation of the registration takes place verbally, in writing, by telephone or electronically.


§2 The tenancy only becomes valid after receipt of the written tenancy agreement and the down payment of 200 Euro.

§ Prices and terms of payment
The entire payment of the agreed (seasonal) rent is made in advance, at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, by bank transfer or Paypal payment. Checks are not accepted.

§3 Withdrawal from services

In principle, it is possible to withdraw from your tenancy. The tenancy must be terminated in writing.  Cancellation costs are incurred if the tenant withdraws from the tenancy as follows. The time of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal is decisive for this:

The cancellation costs are as follows:

· in the event of cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge.

· in the event of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50%.

· in the event of withdrawal from two weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the agreed rent.
Please remember to take out travel cancellation insurance.

§3.1 Withdrawal from training weeks
Please remember to inform the respective trainers and us as soon as possible. If the space that has become free cannot be occupied, we reserve the right to demand up to 100% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
In order to avoid cancellation costs, a substitute participant can be named. If there is a waiting list for the event, a substitute participant can move up from this waiting list.


§4 Depot

A deposit of 500 euros is due in cash upon arrival. This will be paid back on departure if there is no damage.

§5 Dogs
With his signature, the tenant assures that his dog is regularly dewormed and free of vermin, reported within the official deadlines and has sufficient liability insurance. The landlord must be informed if a dog is ill or if a bitch is in heat. The vaccination certificate must be presented on request.

In addition, each tenant is responsible for following the French laws regarding the keeping of dogs.
Every tenant is obliged to follow the instructions of the landlord, especially if the safety of the property, the dogs or other guests is at risk.

§6 Liability
The tenant is liable for all damages that occur in the apartments or on the premises, or to third parties. He is concerned that as far as possible nothing and nobody is harmed.

§7 Miscellaneous
The terms and conditions are effective as soon as they are published on the homepage. When new terms and conditions are published, the old ones lose their validity. Customers must inform themselves independently about the currently applicable General Terms and Conditions. version 03/28/2023
